Each of our marketing subscription packages has a set number of points, which you can use to pick and mix from our marketing services, depending on your goals and timeframe. We understand the importance of flexibility when scaling a business or launching a new product. We use a “Points Value” pricing model to ensure we always deliver client services based on output and value rather than billable hours and fluffy objectives. With points, our clients have the flexibility to ramp support and change tactics as required and always get the full value of what they’ve paid for. We offer a selection of packages to suit all business shapes and sizes, but can customize based on requirements and goals.
Balance your points, reallocate, and increase/decrease across multiple months:
This way of working also allows us to balance out points over more than one month. For example, if your boss has signed off your spend, but you a bit of extra marketing support from Radial Path urgently to capitalize on a new opportunity, and know that you can make up the deficit in the next few months. We’re ok with that! We just keep track of points being used and alert you when you’re spending more than your allocation. Usually, we won’t let a deficit in points run over more than three months.
Packages contracts are typically 12 months, but we have a minimum of 9 months. We prefer to work in partnership with our clients for the long term when we're working towards long term goals. However, for shorter term needs we also offer flexibility for those wanting one-off bespoke projects.
To some degree yes, but we also allocate points based on estimated time and the value of the deliverable at the end. The great thing about points is that when something takes us longer than expected, the points don't go up. Points streamline planning, execution and reporting, so we love them
Point allocations are defined at the start of every quarter, based on the agreed-upon scope. Points can also be reallocated or increased each month as needed to capitalize on new opportunities and change pace or tactics to improve performance. If possible, we like to stay focused for the quarter.
By working in quarterly cycles, we offer more efficient and accurate forecasting and planning. And by creating a 90-day sprint with a monthly review, we stay focused and allow enough time for work to show results, keep on track with agreed goals and strategy, and enhance longer-term success.
