The Organisation

Epsilon is transforming the way global business communications can be served. Their Software-Defined Networking (SDN) platform, Infiny, enables customers to click-and-buy fast, flexible, and on-demand connectivity for a broad set of voice and data networking services.

The Objective

We conducted market research, a full audit of the content and a thorough SEO review. This included workshopping with key stakeholders in the business and outlining a go to market framework, including competitive positioning, a new vision for the business and marketing strategy. We called upon our extensive network of industry leaders to dig deep into the psyche of key decision-makers. We then developed a solid keyword strategy and content plan that would resonate with key buyer personas and gain traction online for terms relevant to Epsilon’s new direction.

The Outcome

We regularly now develop content of all shapes and sizes, including eGuides surrounding topics on direct cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, SDN, product information for their platform Infiny, new more focused web copy, battlecards and one pagers. In short, we created the content faucet that feeds all of Epsilon's online campaigns - ensuring they have a constant flow of technical, targeted resources to educate prospects and capture leads.
